Shipping & Return Policy
Orders may take 1-2 business days to ship. A sale, promotion, or holiday may delay the shipping by 1-2 more business days. Please understand we are working as quickly and as efficiently as we can to get your orders out to you!
We can't make changes to your order once it has shipped. If you request to cancel an order before it ships, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been packed for shipping.
It is important to put a valid email and phone number with your order. This is how we will contact you if we have a question about your order. We do NOT give out phone numbers and emails.
All orders ship for a flat rate of $8.95. We ship via USPS; PO Boxes and APO addresses are accepted. We only ship in the United States. Once an order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. Please double check all information! A re-shipping fee WILL apply to orders that have been returned to us due to incorrect entry of shipping address.

You may return any unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition (no pet hair or smoke smell) within 14 days of the ship date, along with a copy of your receipt, for store credit only. All jewelry, holiday, hats, and sale items are a Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shoes must be returned inside a protective shipping box or protective cover. Damage to the original box upon return will incur a 30% return fee. Send returns to:

If you feel you received a defective item or the wrong item, please email at thedaisylou@gmail.com us right away! Damages must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the item. Any damaged item returned to us without prior notification will not be accepted. Damaged items will be replaced with the same item, if that item is not available a refund will be issued.
We are very strict on our 14 day return policy. This is due to very fast pace moving inventory and high demand for our products. We feel it unfair to bend rules for any customer and therefore we will not. Orders that do not meet the 14 day return policy, or that include a SALE item will NOT be accepted under any circumstances. Your package will be returned to you at your expense if this happens! If your return qualifies we will email you a code for Store Credit (does not expire) for you to use on your next purchase.

All Jewelry, Hats & Accessories are a Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
We suggest you obtain a tracking number when returning items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit to us.
Exchanges can be made for a different size of the same item if available. When returning your exchange, note on the item you are returning what size you would like to exchange it for. If the size is available, we will resend it to you at no extra charge. If the size is no longer available, you will receive store credit via email instead.
